No Budget Sam’s Club Grocery Haul According to Cicely
No Budget Sam’s Club Grocery Haul According to Cicely
Introduction
Hello, ATC gang! Welcome back to another blog post. Today, we’re diving into our monthly grocery haul from Sam’s Club. This haul is a bit different from our usual trips because of some mobility challenges I faced this month due to the winter season. But hey, life happens, right? So, let’s jump right into it!
Snacks Galore!
Starting with snacks, we’ve got a mix of sweet and savory treats. Due to my health issues, my family was kind enough to help out with the shopping. We ended up with duplicates, but that’s okay! Here’s a rundown:
- Fruit Snacks: A seasonal box featuring cute holiday-themed shapes.
- Golden Oreos: A 30-pack for home and school lunches.
- Nature Valley Granola Bars: Because Kaden loves them!
- Rice Krispie Treats: For those days when I’m not up for baking.
- Holiday Mix Cheetos: A mix that raised some eyebrows due to its pricing. (Seriously, why pay the same for fewer chips labeled as “holiday mix”?)
Veggies and Meats
Moving on to the essentials, let’s talk about veggies and meats:
- Broccoli Normandy: Microwavable and easy to prep.
- Ballpark Franks: Perfect for grilling.
- Smithfield Bacon: A three-pack for just $12!
- Chicken Wings: A massive 10 lb bag.
- Jumbo Shrimp: For our seafood boils.
- Salmon: A surprise purchase that was a tad overpriced.
- Crab Legs: Another indulgence that was a bit on the expensive side.
- Lamb Loin Chops: A new experience for us, and a product of Australia.
Drinks and More
We also stocked up on drinks and some miscellaneous items:
- Instant Noodles: Because cravings happen!
- Goo Squeeze: A hit with Daniel.
- Oatmeal Variety Pack: Thanks to Daniel’s shopping skills.
- Soda Variety Pack: Which one’s your favorite?
- Gatorade and Powerade: A must-have in our household.
The Must-Have: Essentia
Last but certainly not least, I have to mention Essentia. This is a product I highly recommend for those with sickle cell anemia or any condition requiring better oxygenation and blood flow.
Wrapping Up
That’s a wrap for this month’s grocery haul! Despite the challenges, we managed to get everything we needed, and then some. Most of the items are already gone, proving that when it comes to feeding a family, sometimes duplicates are just what you need.
Thank you for joining me on this grocery journey. Until next time, be blessed!
