Cook With Me! Fried Catfish, Saute’ Zucchini & Mashed Potatoes
Hey Guys, having Sickle Cell Anemia means that I sometimes have to alternate how and what I cook for my family. When i’m actively in a sickle cell crisis eating fish can cause the pain to worsen so it’s funny that I prepared this meal when I was having a pain crisis. But Lord was the taste worth it! So let me share with you how I prepared some good ole’ fried catfish and veggies for my family. Caden if you’re reading this remember to season with a medium hand. Cover but don’t fully coat the fish in seasonings. Mommie loves you! Ok guys I created the reciepie card below and this corresponding video Cook With Me to make following my process smooth. Whether you’re stuffing your face or feeding a family, I hope you enjoy it! Feel free to share this and tag me on Instagram if you recreate it. I love connecting with ya’ll.
